Yes, the minimum amount you can spend on our wholesale website is £40. On orders between £40-£149.99, the delivery fee is £10. Any orders over £150 automatically get free shipping.

Our wholesale website is pre-loaded with wholesale pricing, so there's no need to mess around with discount codes or anything. It couldn't be easier! 

If you've received a confirmation email featuring an order number, your order's in! Check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, reach out to our team at [email protected] with the email address you used to order, and they will help you establish whether the order has been placed or not.

You can view your order history at any time. Just log in to your account, and you'll find a list of all your previous orders, along with any active subscriptions (if you have one).

Yes, we've got the perfect range of formats for your business. From single bottles for front of house use, to catering tubs for back of house use. Single bottles are available in cases of 6, and catering tubs are in cases of 2.

You can find the whole range here. Simply select a product you like the sound of, and you'll be able to choose the format that works best for you.

We cannot say that our sauces are gluten-free. Although we have effective cleaning and allergen segregation throughout our site, we can't 100% guarantee that any of our products are free from gluten. If the product you're interested in doesn't list the allergen on its label, or on the website then the recipe does not include gluten itself.

Yes, there can sometimes be fluctuations in the heat of our hot sauces. Our hot sauces are packed with real chillies which we source seasonally. Because of that, the heat levels can vary due to factors such as the country they’re sourced from and the season or the weather conditions they’re grown in.

We limit this as much as possible, but slight fluctuations are natural. Sourcing our chillies seasonally means we continue to create the freshest hot sauces around.

We don’t handle nuts in our factory, and they're a banned item across our site. We also have all the best practices in place to prevent cross-contamination with nuts. However, we don’t test to ensure that our products are free from nuts, so we do not label them as nut-free. 

We suggest you decide to consume them based on the severity of your risk of a nut allergy or intolerance.

All our sauces are made by us at our factory in Nottingham, just a few miles from where Sauce Shop started in James and Pam's home kitchen. From fermenting chillies and cooking our sauces to labelling the bottles and packing orders, we do everything right here in the UK.

You can get free delivery when you spend over £150. If your order is under £150, the delivery fee is £10.00.

We deliver all orders on a 2-3 working day service, meaning your order should be with you 2-3 working days after you place your order. Please note, our working days are Monday-Friday.

As a wholesale customer, you can get free delivery on all orders over £150. Orders placed under that value will pay £10 for delivery.

Ordinarily, we only ship to the UK.

We can ship Sauce Shop parcels outside of the UK, but we need to run an individual quote. If you're interested in this, please email [email protected] and include your contact details, address details and your full order requirements.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email from us. Within that email, you'll find a tracking link where you can keep an eye on your order.

Please note, you won't receive tracking information until your order has been dispatched.

You can return your item(s), but they must be in their original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect. You must return your item within 14 days of purchase, and return postage is at your own cost.

Steps to follow: 

1.  Contact our team at [email protected] explaining the reason for and the details of your return.
2. Mail your return to Sauce Shop, Unit 3, Centurion Way,
Nottingham, England,
NG2 1RW United Kingdom.
3. If possible, please include a note detailing your order number and full name. This will help the team identify your return and will mean your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Once processed, your refund should show in your account within 1-2 working days. Occasionally, this may take a little bit longer. If it's been 3 working days, and your refund isn't showing, then please contact the team at [email protected].
